The last full week of November is turning into Belgrade's busiest conference stretch of the autumn. Alongside the SDF Belgrade forum and Sinergija 26, which we covered earlier, the Belgrade Fair will host DSC Europe 26, the Data Science Conference, from 23 to 27 November.
The Belgrade Fair calendar lists the main dates as 25–27 November, while the organiser's website shows a five-day week starting on 23 November. Both point to the same event: the first two days are technical tutorials, and the core conference runs on 25 and 26 November.
A five-day programme in Hall 3
According to the organiser's website, DSC Europe 26 takes place in Hall 3 of the Belgrade Fair and is built around "AI builders". The programme is split into:
- 23–24 November: technical tutorials;
- 24 November: an invitation-only Executive Summit and forums;
- 25–26 November: the core conference;
- 27 November: AI Builders Day, with an AI Arena, a demo zone, workshops and a lounge.
Content is grouped into five tracks covering AI core technology, knowledge, governance, strategy and applications, from large language models and infrastructure to regulation and business use. The Belgrade Fair's listing describes previous editions as gathering more than 3,500 participants, 400+ speakers and over 100 sessions. The 2026 figures on the organiser's site were not yet filled in at the time of writing.
Tickets are priced at €350 + VAT for a one-day AI Builders Pass, €750 + VAT for a full pass and €1,500 + VAT for a VIP pass. The organiser, Data & AI Cosmos DOO from Belgrade, also lists open calls for tutors and startups.
Why event suppliers should pay attention
This is not a classic trade fair, but it has a commercial floor. The organiser lists sponsorship tiers from Diamond (currently AMD) to Bronze, plus named sponsorships such as the coffee break and the Gala Night, and mentions an Expo & Fun Zone and expo presence for partners. No booth sizes or prices have been published, so stand builders should contact the organiser directly.
For AV companies, the demo zone and arena format on 27 November means more screens, more power and more live demos than a standard plenary day. Caterers and hotels should note the overlap: with Sinergija 26 at Sava Centar on 25–26 November and SDF Belgrade on 26–27 November, crews, equipment and rooms in New Belgrade and around the Fair will be in short supply that week.
