The 57th International Tourism Fair (Međunarodni sajam turizma) will close the autumn season at the Novi Sad Fair from 26 to 28 November 2026. In an announcement published on 6 November, the organiser confirmed exhibitors from 11 countries, a hosted buyer programme with foreign tour operators and a regional conference on tourism in South-East Europe. With Expo 2027 Belgrade six months away, it is one of the last trade meetings of the year where Serbian hotels, agencies and destinations can sell their 2027 offer to buyers face to face.
Our 27 October overview of November fairs listed the dates. Since then, the Novi Sad Fair has published the business programme, the list of exhibiting countries and a booking platform for B2B meetings.
Who is coming
According to the Novi Sad Fair, exhibitors are coming from Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Tunisia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Slovakia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Bulgaria. The total number of exhibitors has not yet been published; the event page still says the list "will be announced".
The fair is aimed at ten groups of participants, from travel agencies, tour operators and tourist organisations to hotels and the HORECA sector, equipment makers and traders, universities, insurers, financial institutions and media. The City of Novi Sad is listed as partner of the Novi Sad Fair, and the City of Istočno Sarajevo as "friend of the fair". No partner country has been announced.
The organiser notes that this is the fifth year in which the tourism fair has its own slot at the end of November.
Business programme
- Hosted buyer programme: run jointly by the Tourist Organisation of the City of Novi Sad and the Novi Sad Fair. Foreign buyers are invited for meetings with exhibitors, and appointments are arranged through an online matchmaking platform (57tourismfair.talkb2b.net).
- "Turizam naš nasušni": a regional conference with panels on tourism issues in South-East Europe, organised by the Novi Sad Fair and Turistička prizma.
- PRIZMA awards: the "For a new quality in tourism" awards will be presented at the opening evening on 26 November, called the "Champions' Evening". Results of quality checks on tourism and catering facilities are to be known before the fair.
- 7th Vojvodina Taste Exchange (Vojvođanska berza ukusa): held within the fair. Our earlier overview gave its date as 27 November; the latest announcement does not repeat the date.
Topics listed by the organiser include the 2026/27 winter season, New Year packages, early bookings for summer 2027, spa and wellness destinations, business travel and gastronomy.
What it means for the events and hospitality trade
- A chance to pitch for Expo year. Hotels, venues and incoming agencies outside Belgrade, especially in Vojvodina, can use the B2B meetings to put 2027 group and conference offers in front of foreign buyers early.
- Business travel is on the agenda. Congress venues, hotel conference departments and DMCs should check the conference programme when it is published.
- Stand work in late November. With exhibitors from 11 countries, national and regional stands will need build-up just after the Belgrade Fair's DSC Europe conference (25–27 November). Stand builders and AV suppliers working both cities should plan crews and transport now.
- Details still missing. Opening hours, halls, ticket prices and the exhibitor list have not been published. Exhibitors and suppliers should confirm them with the organiser.
