Three more November conferences at Sava Centar: digital forensics on 4–5 November, the Belgrade Security Conference on 16–18 November and SPARK 2026 on 19 November.
Sava Centar in November: Security, Forensics and Leadership Talks

Last week we looked at the two November conferences at Sava Centar aimed at engineers and IT people, ACES Future Trends and Sinergija 26. They are not the only ones. Between 4 and 19 November, Belgrade's largest congress venue also hosts a digital forensics conference, the Belgrade Security Conference and a leadership event called SPARK 2026, with concerts squeezed in between. For crews and suppliers, it makes for a busy month of short build-ups and quick changeovers.

Digital Forensics Conference 2026, 4–5 November

First up, this week, is the Digital Forensics Conference 2026 on 4 and 5 November. According to the Sava Centar listing, it brings together specialists in digital forensics, cybercrime investigation, cybersecurity and financial investigations, as well as police and investigative bodies, international organisations and private companies.

The announced topics include artificial intelligence in cybercrime investigations, crypto-asset investigations and blockchain analytics, open-source intelligence (OSINT) and ransomware attacks. Registration runs through digitalforensicsconf.com. The listing does not name the organiser or give ticket prices.

Belgrade Security Conference, 16–18 November

The biggest of the three is the Belgrade Security Conference (BSC), which returns to Sava Centar from 16 to 18 November 2026 under the theme "Living with War". The conference website lists the Open Society Foundations and the OSCE among its supporters and speaks of more than 80 speakers and 20 panels, although the 2026 agenda has not been published yet.

In previous years the conference was organised by the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy and drew diplomats, international officials, researchers and journalists; the 2025 edition, the fourth, ran from 17 to 19 November. The 2024 edition gives some practical hints: guests entered only from Vladimira Popovića Street through the ceremonial entrance to the Blue Hall, and tickets were sold only through authorised ticket sellers. Similar arrangements are likely this year, but they should be confirmed with the organiser.

SPARK 2026, 19 November

The day after BSC closes, SPARK 2026: Leadership in the Age of Algorithms takes over on 19 November. The format is less conventional than a standard plenary: an Oxford-style debate, a World Café session on talent development and an art programme that links leadership, creativity and technology. The headline speaker is business author Professor Johan Roos, and the organisers expect more than 300 leaders, entrepreneurs, academics and young professionals. Registration is through sparkhub.rs.

What it means for event suppliers

  • Security-heavy work. A conference with ministers, diplomats and international officials means accreditation, screening at controlled entrances and close coordination with security services. Plan for longer delivery times and named crew lists.
  • Interpretation and broadcast. International panels usually need simultaneous interpretation, streaming and press facilities, which are good opportunities for AV and interpretation companies.
  • Tight changeovers. BSC ends on 18 November and SPARK starts on 19 November, while Sava Centar also hosts concerts by Tommy Emmanuel (8 November), Uriah Heep (10 November) and Nikola Rokvić (13 November). Load-in and load-out slots will be short.
  • Different set-ups. A debate format and a World Café need flexible staging, round tables and furniture hire rather than straight theatre rows.
