Once the 57th International Tourism Fair closes on 28 November, the Novi Sad Fair does not go quiet. Its December calendar lists three smaller events, each aimed at a clearly defined audience: women entrepreneurs, buyers of modular and prefabricated buildings, and farmers investing in new technology. None of them is a large fair, but together they keep the Master hall and the congress centre busy until the middle of the month, and one of them is a natural fit for builders, designers and outdoor equipment suppliers.
Modul Exhibition 03: prefab houses, tiny homes and glamping
The biggest of the three is Modul Exhibition 03, the third fair of prefabricated and modular houses and equipment, on 12 and 13 December in the Master hall. It is organised by ECO Design Studio group, the same company behind the "Dodir Pariza" cosmetics fair, and is open from 10:30 to 19:00 on both days.
The programme goes well beyond houses. The organiser lists prefabricated and modular buildings, tiny houses and mobile housing, solar systems and smart homes, swimming pools, campers, glamping and garden and exterior equipment. Two special sections are new in the description: INOVA MODUL, on 3D-printed construction, BIM software, digital design, AI, automation and energy-efficient materials, and INOVA ECO, on environmental protection, circular economy and waste management, open to companies, start-ups, faculties and institutes.
The second edition, held in December 2025, showed prefab houses, modular buildings, solar panels, glamping gear, pools, spa programmes and camping vehicles, with a separate garden fair section. Tickets then cost 500 dinars. The exhibitor list for 2026 has not been published yet.
Women's entrepreneurship and next-generation farmers
On Sunday, 6 December, the Master hall hosts a Conference and Fair on Women's Entrepreneurship, from 08:00 to 20:00, with the participation of the OsnaŽene platform and the Provincial Secretariat for Economy and Tourism. The conference covers business development, leadership, digital transformation, access to new markets and entrepreneurial skills, while the fair gives women-led brands and businesses room to present products and services. The detailed schedule will be announced later.
On 15 December, from 11:00 to 15:00, the fair's Congress Centre hosts the conference "Poljoprivrednici nove generacije" (Next Generation Farmers), organised by the association of the same name. Its focus is digital tools, precision farming, smart irrigation, automation, sensors and new machinery. The programme has not been published.
Why it matters for exhibitors and suppliers
Modul Exhibition is the event to watch for the events trade. Modular units, tiny houses and glamping structures are increasingly used as pop-up bars, info points, VIP areas and staff accommodation at festivals and large events, including the kind of temporary structures Expo 2027 Belgrade will need. Exhibitors bring whole buildings into the hall, so heavy transport, crane work, flooring protection and exterior landscaping are part of the job.
The women's entrepreneurship fair suits suppliers of compact, ready-made stands and shell-scheme packages, since many exhibitors will be small businesses on modest budgets.
