November is one of the busiest months of the autumn season for Serbia's two main exhibition centres. Between them, the Belgrade Fair and the Novi Sad Fair host at least ten fairs and conferences next month. The mix ranges from consumer shows to specialist trade events, and each one needs stands, graphics, furniture, lighting and technical crews.
This is an overview of the dates published so far. Exhibitor lists for most events have not been announced yet.
Belgrade Fair
Before November starts, the 49th Medident fair of medicine and dentistry runs from 29 to 31 October, alongside the last days of the Book Fair.
- 12–16 November: the 62nd International Furniture Fair together with the woodworking machinery fair. This is the biggest trade event of the month for interior decorators (see our separate preview).
- 12–15 November: the 20th Ethno Food and Drink Fair and SKI EXPO, a winter sports equipment fair, both timed for the start of the holiday and ski seasons.
- 25–27 November: DSC Europe 26, an AI and data conference organised by Data & AI Cosmos. The organiser expects more than 3,500 participants, over 400 speakers and more than 100 sessions. The fair's listing also mentions 23–27 November, probably including pre-conference days, so check the programme on datasciconference.com before booking crews.
The calendar continues into December with the Water Fair and Forum (2–4 December), the KGH congress on heating, cooling and air conditioning (9–11 December) and the New Year Fair (11–30 December).
Novi Sad Fair
- 6–8 November: Games.Con Festival, with gaming and esports tournaments, cosplay and board games, open 10:00–22:00.
- 13–15 November: SJAJ, the 29th International Exhibition of Goldsmithing and Watchmaking, in the Master hall, together with the GEMEXPO show of minerals and gemstones. Entry is free with registration. The 2025 edition had more than 30 exhibitors from Serbia, Turkey and Germany.
- 21–22 November: the 44th cosmetics fair "Dodir Pariza" with the Ritual & INOVA forum, organised by Eco Design studio group. It combines exhibitors with a congress programme on cosmetology, aesthetics and wellness.
- 26–28 November: the 57th International Tourism Fair, with a Hosted Buyer programme run with the Tourist Organisation of Novi Sad. The 7th Vojvodina Taste Exchange (Vojvođanska berza ukusa) takes place within it on 27 November.
What it means for exhibitors and stand builders
Several Belgrade shows overlap in mid-November. From 12 to 15 November, the furniture, ethno food and ski fairs share the grounds, and setting up and dismantling will compete for loading bays, parking and crews. Stand builders working more than one show should book labour and transport now.
In Novi Sad, the tourism fair is the one to watch for event and hospitality businesses. Its themes include business travel, city tourism and the HORECA sector, and buyers will be planning for 2027, the year of Expo 2027.
Dates and details can still change, so confirm them with the organiser before committing equipment or staff.
